I’m Mehbubul Haq, the founder of WE Drass, a wildlife agency that brings travelers closer to the untouched beauty of Drass and Ladakh. Before starting this venture, 5 years i worked as a Booking Manager and lead tour escort, guiding people through the region’s stunning landscapes, rich wildlife, and unique cultural heritage. My passion for the outdoors and deep local knowledge inspired me to create WE Drass, where we offer immersive experiences, from wildlife spotting to scenic treks and cultural explorations. Through this, I aim to share the true essence of Ladakh with adventurers who seek something beyond the ordinary.

I am the co founder of WE Drass, a wildlife agency dedicated to showcasing the hidden wonders of Drass and Ladakh. With six years of experience as a Nature guide, scanner and field guide, I have explored the breathtaking landscapes, diverse wildlife, and rich cultural heritage of this region. My journey began with a deep love for the outdoors and a desire to offer travelers something truly authentic. Through WE Drass, we create immersive experiences—whether it’s tracking wildlife, trekking through untouched trails, or connecting with local communities. My mission is to share the raw beauty of Ladakh with those who crave adventure and discovery.

I’m Suhail Baji, a dedicated supporter at WE Drass, with three years of experience in assisting and organizing unforgettable travel experiences. My role involves helping with logistics, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting travelers in exploring the stunning landscapes of Drass and Ladakh. Passionate about the outdoors, I take pride in contributing to immersive adventures, whether it’s trekking, wildlife spotting, or connecting visitors with the local culture.

I’m Khalil Ahmad, a field guide with four years of experience exploring and leading travelers through the stunning landscapes of Drass and Ladakh. I have a deep understanding of the region’s terrain, wildlife, and culture, making every journey immersive and memorable. I love helping adventurers discover hidden trails, breathtaking views, and the true beauty of nature.
